Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using Dikton, you accept these terms. If you don't agree, do not use the service.

Dikton is a real-time voice dictation app for macOS (Windows soon) with contextual AI rewriting, meeting transcription, per-app profiles, and a personal dictionary.

To use the service beyond the free tier, you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

The service is offered in a free tier (Soloist) and paid plans (Orator, Chorus). Paid subscriptions are handled by Stripe and billed monthly or annually depending on your choice.

Prices are inclusive of taxes. Any price change will be notified at least 30 days before the next billing date.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refund is due for the period started, except where required by law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of breach of these terms, fraud, or abusive use.

You retain ownership of your data and the content you produce with Dikton. We claim no rights over your transcripts, snippets, profiles, or dictionaries.

The Dikton software, interface, code, and documentation remain the exclusive property of DEVIGN. Nothing in these terms grants you ownership rights over the software.

We do our best to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or force majeure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service over the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect losses (data loss, lost profits, commercial damage).

We may amend these terms at any time. Any material change will be notified by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you don't accept the new terms, you can cancel your subscription before that date.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, subject to mandatory rules applicable to consumers.
